The co-author, Ben Foster, has the same name and background as the protagonist of this book, so one is left to wonder: How much of this story is true and how much is fiction?Ben has used a small inheritance to become a masseur and when he is taken up as a plaything by these women he starts to earn massive sums of money and to enjoy the good life. From here on out Ben gets sucked into a world of rich, powerful women who not only use him for sex but shower him with gifts. The prose is rich and flows amazingly well, taking us with Ben and making us feel the weight of his choices. The narrative voice is a compelling one and Ben is a nice guy: self-deprecating, charming without being insincere, and all-round good guy (apart from the fact that he's 'cheating' on his wife, of course!
